Pumpkin Spice is a versatile medium roast that holds up across brewers. For drip or pour-over, start at two tablespoons of coffee per 6 oz of water and adjust to taste. For French press, go coarse and steep four minutes. It also pulls well as espresso if you like a spiced latte — which, in October, you probably do.
