Collection: Bone Yard — Light-Roast & Decaf Coffee

Rest easy in the Bone Yard — our resting place for bright light roast coffee beans and smooth, fresh decaf coffee. Small-batch coffee roasted to order, poured for anyone who wants flavor without the weight.

What light roast tastes like. Light roasting stops at or just after first crack, before the roast has a chance to bury the bean's origin. What survives is the good stuff: fresh fruit, citrus, florals, cane sugar and a crisp, tea-like body. Acidity is high and lively — that's the sparkle, not a flaw. If most coffee tastes flat, burnt or one-note to you, start here.

About our decaf. Decaf belongs in the Bone Yard because it's built for the same thing: all the flavor, none of the 2 a.m. regret. Ours drinks far bigger than most decaf, with real body and chocolate depth rather than the hollow cup decaf is known for.

Who it's for. Flavor chasers, single-origin explorers, pour-over people, evening sippers and anyone winding down who still wants a proper cup.

How to brew it. Light roasts are denser and need a cleaner, hotter extraction. Grind medium-fine, use roughly 1 gram of coffee to 16 grams of water, and brew pour-over or drip with water just off a full boil to protect the delicate fruit notes. Avoid over-coarse grinds — under-extracted light roast tastes sour rather than bright.

Roasted after you order and shipped within 2 business days. Whole bean or ground.
