Description
Description
When the night’s running out and you need one more reason to keep going, this is it. Last Call is a bright, wide-awake light roast blend built from Ethiopian, Mexican, and Brazilian beans — a specialty coffee that tastes like sunrise even when you’ve clearly earned the grave shift.
Flavor & experience
Pour a cup and it comes alive: fresh fruit up front, a clean citrus snap through the middle, and a crisp, light body that keeps everything vibrant instead of heavy. The Ethiopian beans bring the floral, fruit-forward sparkle, while the Mexican and Brazilian components round it out with gentle sweetness and balance. It’s lively, aromatic, and endlessly drinkable — a bright brew for people who think most coffee tastes like a tar pit.
How to brew it. Light roasts shine with a cleaner extraction, so reach for a pour-over or drip machine. Grind medium-fine, use roughly 1 gram of coffee to 16 grams of water, and keep your water just off a full boil to protect those delicate fruit notes.
Who it’s for. Morning people, flavor chasers, and anyone who finds dark roast too brooding. Curious how a light roast stacks up against its darker cousins? Read our light vs medium vs dark roast guide. Browse the rest of our brighter, lower-intensity coffees in the Bone Yard, and if you like fruit-forward cups, meet its Colombian relative Wake The Dead. Available whole bean or ground, roasted to order and shipped fresh.

Tasting Notes
Tasting Notes
Rich and full-bodied with notes of dark chocolate, toasted caramel, and a smooth, lingering finish. A subtle brightness balances the deep roast character, making every cup smooth enough to drink black and bold enough to cut through cream.
Brewing Recommendations
Brewing Recommendations
For best results, use 2 tablespoons of freshly ground coffee per 6oz of filtered water. Grind coarse for French press, medium for drip, and fine for espresso. Brew with water just off the boil (195–205°F) and drink within 30 minutes of brewing for peak flavor.
