Rich and full-bodied with notes of dark chocolate, toasted caramel, and a smooth, lingering finish. A subtle brightness balances the deep roast character, making every cup smooth enough to drink black and bold enough to cut through cream.

For best results, use 2 tablespoons of freshly ground coffee per 6oz of filtered water. Grind coarse for French press, medium for drip, and fine for espresso. Brew with water just off the boil (195–205°F) and drink within 30 minutes of brewing for peak flavor.
