When is my coffee roasted?
Every bag is roasted only after you place your order — never before. We don't pre-roast or warehouse stock, so your coffee's freshness clock starts the same day it's roasted for you.
Why is roast-to-order better?
Coffee starts losing flavor within days of roasting. Roasting to order means there's no guesswork about how long a bag sat on a shelf — your coffee reaches you close to peak flavor, not months past it.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of roasting and arrive within 3–5 business days within the continental US. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the continental United States. If you're outside that range, reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our roastery.
Coffee
Whole Bean vs Ground
Whole bean stays fresher longer and is best if you grind at home. Ground is more convenient if you don't have a grinder — just know it loses aroma faster once opened.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep it in its original bag, sealed, in a cool, dark place. Skip the fridge or freezer — condensation is the enemy of fresh coffee.
What brewing method do you recommend?
Any method works, but we love pour-over and French press for showing off a fresh roast's full flavor. Check the Brewing Recommendations on each product page for bean-specific tips.

Let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. We stand behind every bag.
