How to brew it. This one loves a fuller extraction. Grind medium-coarse for a French press at roughly 1 part coffee to 15–16 parts water for maximum body, or run it through drip for an easy everyday pot. Coffin Break is the perfect balance between a medium and dark roast. It's bold enough to have a rich, full flavor, but still incredibly smooth with no harsh bitterness. The freshness really stands out, and the aroma is amazing every time I open the bag. This is the kind of coffee I can drink every day without getting tired of it. Definitely one of my favorites from Bean Reaper.
