This medium roast is a study in layered balance. Brazil brings chocolatey richness, Colombia lends smoothness, Guatemala adds brightness, and Ethiopia threads in a whisper of complexity. Together they deliver toffee sweetness, deep dark chocolate, and a clean touch of citrus on the finish. It’s bold but easy-drinking, full enough to satisfy yet smooth enough for cup after cup — dependable in the way you wish everything else was.

How to brew it. Built to perform across methods. For a balanced everyday pot, grind medium and brew drip or pour-over at about 1 part coffee to 16 parts water; for a bigger, bolder cup, go coarser in a French press. Rich and full-bodied with notes of dark chocolate, toasted caramel, and a smooth, lingering finish. A subtle brightness balances the deep roast character, making every cup smooth enough to drink black and bold enough to cut through cream.

For best results, use 2 tablespoons of freshly ground coffee per 6oz of filtered water. Grind coarse for French press, medium for drip, and fine for espresso. Brew with water just off the boil (195–205°F) and drink within 30 minutes of brewing for peak flavor.
