Description
Description
Careful — one cup and it owns you. Soul Snatcher is our easygoing everyday medium roast, a three-origin blend of Brazilian, Colombian, and Guatemalan beans built to be the coffee you reach for on autopilot, day after day.
Flavor & experience
This medium roast is all about balance. A signature praline sweetness runs through the cup — think toasted nuts and caramel — carried by a smooth, medium body that never tips too bright or too heavy. It’s approachable, mellow, and clean-finishing, the sort of crowd-pleasing coffee that tastes great black but plays just as nicely with a splash of milk.
How to brew it. Endlessly versatile. Grind medium and use about 1 part coffee to 16 parts water in a drip machine or pour-over for a balanced daily cup, or go slightly coarser for a fuller French press. It’s a great bean to buy whole and grind fresh each morning — here’s why whole bean vs ground makes a difference.
Who it’s for. Everyday drinkers, big-batch brewers, and households where everyone wants something different — this one keeps the peace. Find more balanced daily cups at the Crossroads, and when you want a little more complexity, step up to our signature Grave Shift. Roasted to order, shipped fresh, and available whole bean or ground.

Tasting Notes
Rich and full-bodied with notes of dark chocolate, toasted caramel, and a smooth, lingering finish. A subtle brightness balances the deep roast character, making every cup smooth enough to drink black and bold enough to cut through cream.
Brewing Recommendations
Brewing Recommendations
For best results, use 2 tablespoons of freshly ground coffee per 6oz of filtered water. Grind coarse for French press, medium for drip, and fine for espresso. Brew with water just off the boil (195–205°F) and drink within 30 minutes of brewing for peak flavor.
