This is a smooth medium roast with rich praline flavors and a medium body. Nutty sweetness runs the length of the cup and stays perfectly balanced — never cloying, never thin — for an approachable, well-rounded coffee that’s ideal for starting your day. It tastes great black and plays just as nicely with a splash of milk.
How to brew it. Endlessly versatile. Grind medium and use about 1 part coffee to 16 parts water in a drip machine or pour-over for a balanced daily cup, or go slightly coarser for a fuller French press. I wasn't sure what to expect since this is a new brand, but I'm honestly impressed. The Soul Snatcher blend is smooth, rich, and has a great balance of flavor without being bitter. You can definitely tell it's fresh compared to the coffee I usually buy at the grocery store. It made a great morning cup, and I'll definitely be trying more flavors from Bean Reaper. Highly recommend if you're looking for fresh, quality coffee.
