Coffee this bold has nothing to hide

This is the home we built for third-party laboratory reports on Bean Reaper coffee. We built the structure first and left every result field blank until documents arrived. They arrived in July 2025. Here is what they say.

The panel, at a glance

Test Result Method Report
Mycotoxins (19 analytes) All Not Detected FDA Method 1.0 (2017) 22210A‑1
Arsenic < 0.010 ppm FDA EAM 4.7 22210A‑1
Cadmium < 0.010 ppm FDA EAM 4.7 22210A‑1
Mercury < 0.010 ppm FDA EAM 4.7 22210A‑1
Lead < 0.010 ppm FDA EAM 4.7 22210A‑1
Yeast and mold culture < 10 CFU/g AOAC 997.02 22210A‑3

Every figure above is the laboratory's own wording. "Not detected" and "less than" mean the method did not measure the substance at or above its threshold on that sample — which is not the same as zero, and we do not describe it that way. Each result page prints the threshold beside the result.

What a blank used to mean, and what this page means now

When this page went up, every result field was deliberately blank, because a blank is a blank — not shorthand for a result, and not a hint about what a result would say. The documents have since arrived and the fields are filled in with the laboratory's own words.

What has not changed is the scope. This is one lot, sampled once. It is not a claim that every bag we have shipped was tested, and it is not a continuous monitoring program. The reports are issued to Roastify, LLC of Bend, Oregon — the facility that roasts and packs our coffee — so their name, not ours, is on the documents. When further panels are run, they go up under the same rules, with their own lot numbers and dates, whatever they say.
